I was given airy and huge room with a large balcony, all the facilities plus 2 bedrooms. The location in the main area of the restaurant was fantastic.

Everything was great here, and the views were nice. The staff were exceptionally nice, you should know it. The room was reasonably large and airy, I had a safe, a sofa bed, and iron and ironing board. The excellent service and the attention to detail! It was a relaxing experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Phoenicia Holiday Resort! the location was incredible, situated near Mamaia in a quieter part of the seaside, making it a perfect summer vacation spot. the staff were very polite and provided excellent suggestions. the service was great. I spent 2 nights there and can’t wait to return!

Dinner and breakfast food was GREAT. The possibility to swim in a pool.

The room was large. The pool was very nice. The playground was open 24/7.

The bath tub was no the right size. It stoped 4 inches from the wall. Everytime you took a bath the water would go all over the floor. They only gave us half a roll of toilet tissue for a week. They do not give towels to kids at the pool. When you check in they give you 2 towels for the entire stay.the beach is not close. There is no good road to get to the beach. Alot of trash on the beach. Not enough chairs at the pool or the beach.

The restaurant on-site served delicious meals with a wide variety to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the bar/lounge area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I found this place to be luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It truly exceeded my expectations in terms of location, service, and room amenities.

When I arrive at reception I receive the information that reservation was cancel !!!??? . They tell me that my card (American express) was not accepted by the hotel but this card I use for all reservation over EU . I d'ont recive any email or call about this cancelation.......

Very nice hotel with large swimming pools and good beach access (with free sunshades). Very large buffets for breakfast and lunch, in very good quality. Large resort, well kept. Friendly staff.

A lot of people, very Romanian (apart from the menus in the restaurants everything is written in Romanian only, practically only Romanian guests) - which might be sometimes challenging if you do not speak the language. Awful internet that is up maybe 60% of the time.

I loved the enormous balcony with breathtaking sea views. The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the huge playground for kids. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The location, right next to the Siutghiol lake, made for a unique and serene experience.

Cannot find any fault.

Me, husband and 10 months old baby stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Sea view was fantastic. Food was very good, with many options. Beach was a bit busy but next to hotel beach there were other more quiet places.

Music too loud and not nice (just one type of music and too repetitive) on the beach and in the restaurant. Most probably if you get a room on the pool side with animation it would be quite noisy. One day the stuff did extremely loud maintenance in another apartment at 3 p.m. when people usually nap . These are things that can be easily improved.

Everithing was good in terms of services.

Conveniently located, close to public transportation and shopping district. Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the comfortable bedding.

Room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival, although it dissipated after airing out the room. the shower lacked water pressure and temperature control.
